About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team at NTT DATA. As an Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing integration solutions that enable seamless data exchange between various systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with Business Stakeholders: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and understand their needs.
  • Develop Integration Design Documents: Create detailed design documents that outline the integration architecture and technical requirements.
  • Manage Integration Backlog: Prioritize and manage the backlog of enhancements, implementations, and production support tasks for the integration team.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical subject matter expert for the integration team, working with the business to understand opportunities and needs for automation.
  • Integration Requirements: Identify integration requirements between enterprise applications, customer, and logistics partner systems.
  • Integration Development: Develop integrations for both EDI and API processes within an integration platform as a service (iPaaS).
  • Incident Management: Manage incidents related to all integrations, including investigation, troubleshooting, escalation, resolution, reporting, and analysis.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather integration requirements, understand system and business processes, and collaborate to implement a solution.
  • Integration Testing: Develop integration test cases and manage the testing process for the integration teams.
  • Technical Team Collaboration: Interact with technical team members, such as Data Engineers, SAP Functional Analysts, Web Developers, and Network Engineers, to ensure technical requirements are addressed.
  • Informatica iPaaS Expertise: Become an expert in the Informatica iPaaS platform and continuously learn about new features and make suggestions to improve the landscape.
  • Integration Calls: Lead integration calls and set expectations required for all parties involved in the integration process.
Requirements
  • Enterprise Application Integration Tools: Experience working with Enterprise Application Integration tools, such as Informatica, Mulesoft, Boomi, Jitterbit.
  • EDI Practice: Understanding of EDI practice for B2B communication.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to create detailed requirement and design documents using Microsoft Visio and Word.
  • Project Coordination: Experience in project coordination, implementations, or related roles.
  • Technical Passion: Passion for technology and implementing technology for process improvement.
  • Quality Orientation: Quality-oriented, takes pride in their work.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Ability to quickly grasp new subject matter.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Team Player: Flexibility, energetic, and able to work well with others in a team environment.
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology or a related field.
  • Technical Experience: 3 to 5 years of software experience.
  • Quality Assurance: 3 to 5 years of quality assurance or testing experience a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge in developing EDI or API integrations.
  • Related Areas: Experience or understanding of as many of these related areas as possible: XML messaging structure, Web services, SOAP and REST API's, SAP integration services, AWS, and Data Warehousing.
  • SAP Experience: Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
  • IBM Gentran and Informatica: Experience using IBM Gentran and/or Informatica is an asset.
  • Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
Clearance Requirements

This position requires a valid Canadian Security Clearance. Candidates can be guided through the application process for this clearance but must successfully obtain the clearance in order to fill the position.
