**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and providing exceptional service to our guests.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to and resolve guest repair requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubrication of equipment, and identify and address any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and requisition parts and supplies as needed.

**Requirements**

  • Basic knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and pneumatic/electronic systems and controls.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders.
  • Basic computer skills, including inputting air handler schedules and making temperature changes.
