About the RoleWe are seeking an ICT Business Analyst to join our team. As a technical subject matter expert, you will be responsible for eliciting business requirements and configuring ADP Payroll to meet business needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and prioritizing system maintenance and enhancement requests
- Configuring the system and managing integrations in alignment with best practices
- Ensuring proper testing is done on any system changes prior to release to a production environment
- Coordinating the testing of Kronos configuration and integrated solutions
- Partnering with internal and external team members and stakeholders to ensure go-live and post-live success
- Supporting the creation of training and documentation of system for users
- Analyzing HR processes and making recommendations for improvements via the use of technology
- Providing tier 2 support to HR Service Center on related trouble tickets
- Working on troubleshooting issues, including root cause analysis and working within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action
- Constantly identifying and recommending changes to existing procedures and practices based on process, technology, and data knowledge
- Providing back-up coverage to support other HRIS personnel in their duties when they are unavailable
- Researching new techniques in the development of systems and maintaining knowledge of current trends and strategies in technology fields relating to HRIS
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in ICT or a related discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Payroll and HRIS applications, primarily in the area of ADP Global View & SAP Success Factors
- Advanced English, excellent verbal and written communication skills
