About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled Medical Director to oversee the overall health center operations at our Silao location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management and be able to lead a team of medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities:

- Oversight of health center operations, including management of programs, compliance, and personnel">
- Direct report support and management">
- Conducting medical examinations and managing disability cases">
- Integrating with business partners and developing relationships">
- Development and implementation of emergency response programs">
- Supporting wellness initiatives and promoting a healthy work environment">
Requirements:
- ">
- Three to five years of medical experience">
- Strong communication and leadership skills">
- Ability to motivate and inspire direct reports">
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking">
- Analytical and problem-solving skills">
Education and Training:
- ">
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree required">
- Board certification in a medical specialty, preferably occupational medicine">
- Valid medical license">
Additional Requirements:
- ">
- Licenciatura en Medicina with title and ID card">
- Registration with SSA (Sistema de Ahorro para el Retiro)">
- At least one year of experience in occupational medicine">
- Familiarity with Normas Oficiales Mexicanas, Ley Federal de Trabajo, and Ley de Seguro Social">
- Intermediate English proficiency">
- Availability to work rotating shifts, 6 days on/1 day off, with an 8-hour workday">
- Teamwork and results-oriented mindset">
