Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute action plans to continuously improve quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) performance.
  • Support the procurement organization in all related processes, including negotiation preparation and supplier performance monitoring.
  • Work closely with project teams to validate purchase requisitions completeness and conduct requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP).
  • Prepare and launch requests for quotation with suppliers using standard tools and negotiate contracts within threshold values.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and amendments, as well as vendor onboarding and panel validation.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in direct procurement in the industry sector.
  • Engineering degree (BE/B Tech) or business degree with a demonstrated track record.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of commodities, raw material price scenarios, machinery, and labor rates.
  • Good knowledge of SAP systems and logistics & warehouse management rules.
  • Fluent English and international background.
  • Strong collaboration skills, presentation skills, and willingness to take initiatives.
