Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Process Improvement Leader to join our team at Blue Yonder. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounts payable function and ensuring its compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of prior management experience in accounting or finance, with expertise in executive-level communication and problem-solving skills. A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required, as well as strong technology skills including ERPs and Microsoft Office suite of products.

You will work closely with the Procurement department and other key business functions to evaluate and implement process improvements, including further automation. This includes establishing, monitoring, and reporting end-to-end process metrics and KPIs to measure service levels, operational effectiveness, process health, and process compliance.

In addition, you will provide regular communication and training on processes and systems for employees, outsourced providers, and suppliers. This role requires excellent analytical and project management skills, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
