**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, and delivery.
- Expert knowledge of production planning, scheduling, distribution methods, inventory management, and material flow.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Ability to quickly assess situations, identify root causes, and generate solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MRP systems, SAP, MS Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- APICS or other professional certifications.
