Job Summary

The Bosch Group is seeking a highly skilled Packaging Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing improvement and cost-saving projects in logistics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop improvement and cost-saving projects in logistics to optimize supply chain efficiency
  • Manage cleaning supplier operations and project improvements to ensure seamless logistics operations
  • Support the packaging team in daily operational topics to ensure timely and accurate packaging
  • Implement automation of packaging processes in collaboration with support departments
  • Manage returnable packaging annual inventory control and adjustments
  • Participate in purchasing tenders for suppliers to ensure optimal logistics solutions
  • Analyze and monitor the packaging budget and forecast to ensure accurate financial planning

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or Packaging Engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics and packaging-related activities
  • Advanced English language skills
  • General packaging processes knowledge
  • Warehouse processes knowledge
  • SAP Logistics transactions knowledge
  • Finished Goods and/or raw material planning processes knowledge
  • Budget and forecast development and tracking knowledge
  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership experience and delegation skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
