Job Summary
The Automation Director will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of automation strategies across all manufacturing sites. This will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize efforts and plan accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement automation strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
• Lead and guide the automation team to ensure successful project delivery
• Collaborate with manufacturing sites to prioritize efforts and plan accordingly
• Manage the overall budget for the automation department
• Mentor and coach site leaders to develop their technical and managerial skills
• Research and develop new technology to be implemented across all sites
Requirements
• B.S in Engineering
• More than 10 years of experience leading automation projects as Manager or Director
• More than 5 years of experience in multi-site roles
• Proven experience leading reports to top management with cost savings results
• Availability to travel
• Advanced English and Spanish is a must
