Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in Latin America. You will own sales targets and develop strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Define and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns in Latin America.
  • Ancillary Solutions: Identify how Lenovo's Smart Retail solutions can bring value to clients in relevant sectors.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Develop and maintain trusted executive-level client relationships.
  • Articulate practical solutions to address customer pain points at a high level.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate with regional sales and worldwide teams to pursue Smart Retail solution business.
  • Facilitate business partners to thrive through outcome-oriented interactions and collaboration.

Travel and Work Environment

Travel as needed up to 25% per quarter across Central and South America countries.

Qualifications and Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Retail Solutions Sales Experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Solution Selling experience.
  • Excellent communication, both oral and written, and polished presentation skills.
  • Strong prioritization skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
