As the Regional Sales Leader for the Caribbean, you will oversee the growth of Ford Motor Company's sales presence in the region. Key responsibilities include managing sales goals, projections, and processes to increase market share and drive customer satisfaction. Essential duties include achieving wholesale and retail sales targets, improving profitability, and addressing production and transportation challenges.

Additionally, you will support retail and fleet deals, manage marketing budgets, negotiate with dealers, develop business plans, and create incentives and sales contests. A valid passport, US Visa, willingness to travel, and advanced English proficiency are required.
