**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Recruiter to join our team at Usa Clinics Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our medical positions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates for medical positions
• Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our team
• Developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our team

**Requirements**:

• High School Diploma
• Three (3) years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience
• Thorough knowledge of recruiting components, including employment policies and practices, legal constraints, sourcing, qualifying and interviewing techniques
• Proficient in sourcing techniques and experience using job boards such as Indeed, Facebook and ZipRecruiter
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrable ability to multitask and be adaptable to change
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately

**Preferred Qualifications**:

• History of meeting or exceeding goals and deadlines
• Attributes such as consistency, reliability, proactiveness, self-awareness, problem-solving, team player, self-motivated, persistent, tenacious, patient and able to work independently
