Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) LATAM, you will be instrumental in driving our company's growth through strategic acquisitions. Your primary mission will be to lead our LATAM M&A strategy, identifying and executing opportunities that align with our product and business goals across Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive M&A strategy that integrates with our overall product and business strategy;
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition targets that enhance our technological capabilities, expand our market presence, and complement our existing services;
  • Lead the entire M&A process, including target identification, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and integration;
  • Guide the integration process and serve as a Project Manager;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of acquired entities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and executing M&A transactions, preferably in the technology or e-commerce sectors;
  • Experience in Investment Banking, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or Business Consulting;
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills to evaluate potential acquisitions from a business and product perspective;
  • Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes;
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously;
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and influence stakeholders;
  • Availability to travel to other countries where we operate;
  • Experience working closely with product teams to align M&A activities with product development and innovation;
  • Proficiency in Spanish.
