**Job Title:** Automation Project Engineer
**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Automation Project Engineer to join our team at Controles Industriales Mecatronica, S.A. De C.V. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to maintain and grow the established business at assigned accounts, meet or exceed annual sales goals, and grow customer share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships at assigned accounts and engage with distributors to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources.
- Implement and measure all Brands channel commercial programs.
- Act as the single point of contact for each assigned customer.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
Requirements:
- 1 or more years of successful sales experience in technical sales, distributor, integrator, or engineering firm.
- Experience working with all levels of an industrial automation plant, including VPs, plant engineers, and OEM machine builders.
- Knowledge of PLCs, DCS, and Drives.
- Knowledge of Human Machine Interfaces.
- Knowledge of Pneumatic products and correct selection.
- Knowledge of Industrial Networks (ENET, PROFIBUS, CNET, DNET, CANOPEN, MODBUS).
- Strong knowledge in MS Windows Software and MS Office Tools.
- Fluent English (80%).
- Available to travel to customer sites (60%).
Education:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Robotics Engineers, Control and Automation Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineers.
