Project and Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project and Billing Specialist to join our team at Allnorth Ingeniería in Hermosillo, Sonora. As a Project and Billing Specialist, you will play a key role in the success of our projects, ensuring timely delivery, accurate billing, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life

  • Develop and submit proposals following our standard processes;
  • Work closely with Project Managers and the Project Management Office for successful project execution;
  • Set up projects according to our Standard Process and Client Commercial Terms;
  • Maintain project progress, milestones, and flag issues to the Project Manager;
  • Assist with scope changes with the client and project team;
  • Effectively develop, maintain, and nurture relationships with internal and external clients;
  • Manage project budgets and timelines; ensure invoicing complies with our and client's commercial terms;
  • Coordinate quality controls to ensure deliverables meet requirements;
  • Track budgets and update billing plans;
  • Commit to safety standards and practices;

What You'll Bring to the Team

To succeed as a Project and Billing Specialist, you will need:

  • Background in Accounting and Finance or related field;
  • Exceptional time and task management skills;
  • Ability to work independently, with a self-starting attitude;
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills;
  • Proven ability to interact with clients and collaborate with team members;
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information professionally;
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and quality;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project;

Pay and Location

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $360,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. The work location is in person in Hermosillo, Sonora.

Education and Experience

We prefer candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, and 2 years of experience as a Project Administrator or equivalent.

Language

The ideal candidate will have Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
