Job Description

As a key member of the Solidgm team, the Workday Integrations Specialist will play a critical role in designing and implementing information systems that meet the needs of our organization.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and configure Workday integrations to ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation to guide system users and support ongoing operations.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop required training, change management, and operations processes.
  • Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and demos, and plan and coordinate testing of newly developed or enhanced applications.
  • Identify opportunities to automate business processes with technology and provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Workday Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide expert Tier I to Tier III support for Workday Integration and Reporting needs.
  • Senior-level experience with Workday Studio creating and maintaining integrations, including deployment of delivered Workday Connectors for Benefits.
  • Experience with BIRT reporting in both creation and maintenance is preferred.
  • Possess the ability and understanding of calculated field creation.
  • Create, maintain, and improve Workday custom reports, dashboards, and analytics across all aspects of Workday continuously.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and team members by facilitating or participating in meetings on related Workday items.
  • Serve as a project lead on new Workday configuration and enhancements, responsible for project design and ownership from beginning to end.
  • Look beyond requirements to offer solutions that meet customer needs and consider the audience, performance, and usability.
  • Stay updated with Workday releases and roadmap and identify opportunities to leverage new features and functionality to improve business processes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English verbal, listening, and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience working with HRIS systems.
  • Workday Studio and Connector Integrations.
  • Report Writer, Workday, and BIRT.
  • Elevated level of HRIS competency.
  • Highly effective in time and project management.
  • General knowledge of Workday modules and offerings.
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively within a team.
  • Effective problem-solving ability and strong analytical skills.
