- Apply lean principles to enhance operational performance and eliminate waste.
- Provide hands-on support with simulation software and tools, training colleagues as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive business growth.
- Proven expertise in time study, process optimization, and plant layout design, with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of material handling techniques and plant simulation, with experience in using simulation software for process modeling and analysis.
- Proficiency in using Auto software tools, with experience in applying lean principles in a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial setting, with a strong understanding of business operations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment, with experience in leading projects and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced knowledge of plant simulation software and tools, with experience in using them to drive business growth.
- Experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and business growth.
- Strong understanding of business operations, with experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
Advanced Oral English, Native Spanish.
