Key Responsibilities:
Technical Skills Required:
Proficiency in Java, REST, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), GIT, Maven, Jenkins, and Linux.
Experience with SQL, Oracle, Cassandra, Hadoop, Kafka, and Hazelcast is essential. Candidates should be Java Developers who are also adept at functioning as Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET). The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications
that are typically high-volume and low-latency, crucial for mission-critical systems.
Qualifications:
• Hands-on experience in test planning, creating test scenarios, generating test data, executing test cases, and preparing test data based on business scenarios, as well as developing tools and scripts for test data generation.
• Ability to comprehend complex enterprise-level systems, various integration points, a solid understanding of all networking layers, and a good grasp of the software development lifecycle and processes.
• 4-8 years of experience in the technology sector with a background in coding and testing applications.
• 3-4 years of strong technical proficiency and experience with web applications, web services, Java, JavaScript, J2EE, XML, unit testing, shell scripting, and RDBMS is mandatory.
• 2-3 years of experience in UI/UX automation using Selenium and multi-browser testing is required.
• Expertise in developing Java-based automation frameworks and designing tools/utilities to enhance testing efficiency.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines utilizing Jenkins, TestNG, and other relevant tools.
• Experience with Cassandra, Solr, or NoSQL technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge of unit testing, test-driven development, as well as security and performance testing.
