About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with key stakeholders at the retailer's level, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment between L'Oréal and the retailer's goals.
Responsibilities
- Build joint business plans with accounts under the supervision of the Key Account Director
- Contribute to the commercial vision by sharing account perspectives, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare and lead negotiations with accounts, escalating when necessary
- Develop action plans to implement division and channel strategies
- Ensure execution and tracking down to store level and sell-out
- Suggest plan adaptations when needed

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Salary Estimate
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
