Strategic Sales Channel Manager

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and excellent communication skills. You will also be fluent in Spanish and English, with experience managing CRM systems and a willingness to travel across Mexico.
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales of Alfa Laval products and services through our distributor network, defining business strategies, and driving sales growth through relevant activities. You will also need to understand the motivations, buying behaviors, and functions of our distributors to support them in growing sales.
