Key Responsibilities

The Governance Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the grant distribution and tracking process, including the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This involves managing the entire lifecycle of grants, from application to completion.

Forum Operations and Moderation

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the forum, ensuring that it remains a productive and respectful space for contributors.
  • Oversee the moderation of the forum, including the management of contributors and the enforcement of community guidelines.

Documentation and Calendar Management

  • Maintain the governance documentation, ensuring that it is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Manage the public governance calendar, ensuring that all relevant events and deadlines are recorded.

RetroPGF Support

  • Support the execution of RetroPGF rounds, including badgeholder onboarding, project support, and voting operations.

Oversight and Improvement

  • Provide oversight of activity occurring in both Token House and Citizens' House.
  • Make improvements to internal operations and design new processes based on community feedback and data analysis.

Governance Experiments

  • Implement core elements of our governance experiments, driving innovation and improvement in our governance processes.
Required Skills
