As a Customer Experience Solutions Specialist at Allstate, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives customer satisfaction and retention. Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers, making their experience with us seamless and hassle-free.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Solutions Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the leadership team with ongoing projects, identifying areas of improvement, and making recommendations to enhance our customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with phone or quality coaching and new hire training to ensure our team members have the skills they need to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Provide training and mentoring to team members on specific steps of the research process, ensuring they have the knowledge and confidence to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Act as a liaison between departments to meet customer needs, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Interpret policies, rules, and regulations to perform a full range of customer service duties, answering complex customer inquiries, researching, resolving, and responding to requests.
- Responsible for universally training on all carrier products, policies, and procedures, ensuring our team members have the knowledge they need to serve our customers effectively.
- Resolve complex issues using judgment, decision-making, de-escalation, and problem-solving skills, providing professional and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (desired)
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (preferred)
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to identify and resolve problems/issues presented by customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel, with internet proficiency and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must possess advanced problem-solving skills, with the ability to serve as a role model, mentor, and coach new employees.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
