Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Specialist to join our team at David Kennedy Recruitment. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our senior management team by conducting market research, monitoring industry trends and customer behaviors, and helping identify target audiences in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to inform marketing strategies
  • Monitor customer behaviors and preferences to identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various digital channels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Native or fluent in Spanish, Malay, Mandarin or Tamil and English (B2)
  • Relevant education ideally Bachelor level (Marketing/Comms)
  • 1.5+ years relevant work experience in Marketing/Social Media/Content Creation (FX/Crypto experience is a must)
  • Knowledge in various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software and best practices
