- Tracking project performance to analyze successful goal completion;
- Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation;
- Delegating project tasks based on junior staff members' strengths, skill sets, and experience levels;
- Developing comprehensive project plans for client and staff sharing;
- Reporting and escalating to management as needed;
- Maintaining leadership skills through conferences and training attendance;
In addition to these responsibilities, the selected candidate will participate in weekly project management team meetings and serve as a liaison between service delivery and sales regarding project status issues.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of three years of Project Management or five years of Project Coordination experience;
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, or a related field;
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus;
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
- Proven experience with people management, risk management, and change management;
- Ability to be proactive and independent, as well as interdependent on the team when necessary;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities;
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Proven aptitude with project management software, including MS Project;
- Experience with SharePoint preferred;
- Experience in the cybersecurity industry preferred;
