Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Shopfloor Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico. As a Shopfloor Specialist, you will be responsible for managing projects and ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee the implementation of manufacturing projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Manufacturing Execution System: Develop and maintain expertise in MES systems, ensuring seamless integration with our production processes.
  • Computer Management: Manage and maintain computer systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Ticketing System: Implement and manage ticketing systems to track and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues in our manufacturing processes.
  • Manufacturing Process: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Knowledge in ITAC: Develop and maintain expertise in ITAC systems, ensuring seamless integration with our production processes.
  • Knowledge in Kepware: Develop and maintain expertise in Kepware systems, ensuring seamless integration with our production processes.
  • Knowledge in Acronis: Develop and maintain expertise in Acronis systems, ensuring seamless integration with our production processes.
  • Experience in Automotive Company: Leverage your experience in the automotive industry to drive innovation and improvement in our manufacturing processes.
