- Ensure compliance with legal and fiscal guidelines in the payroll process.
- Audit payroll calculations performed by the Payroll Analyst to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and present IMSS and Infonavit reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to analyze financial information derived from payroll.
- Participate in risk analysis for changes in laws or compliance with legal, labor, and fiscal commitments.
