**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage fixed assets, including capitalization projects and files control.
  • Assist in budget and forecast processes.
  • Analyze variances at month-end closing.
  • Monitor and analyze import/export machinery and equipment data.
  • Establish and enforce proper fixed asset accounting methods and policies.

**Requirements**

  • Intermediate computer skills in MS Office, accounting software, and databases.
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
