The Collections Specialist 3 at Citi performs a variety of assignments with limited complexity, focusing on accuracy and adherence to established procedures. This role requires a deep understanding of specialized administrative and technical skills, as well as the ability to exchange moderately complex information with others. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of the organization and its policies, and will be able to apply experience and simple judgment to make decisions within defined options or standard protocols.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Utilize advanced negotiation skills to resolve delinquency issues
Research problems, such as skip tracing, to develop external contacts
Share knowledge with less experienced collectors
Interpret procedures instructions by choosing among alternative courses of action to resolve delinquencies
Work under general supervision and established procedures
May support a range of products and services
Apply detailed knowledge of a wide range of specialized administrative and technical skills
