Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the rotation and optimization of equipment in alignment with operational requirements and client agreements.
- Update incomplete loads for Mexico, assign trailers to carriers, and ensure timely movement to minimize idle time.
- Manage the lifecycle of equipment through monitoring mileage and scheduling maintenance.
- Evaluate equipment performance to determine which units should be removed from service and where to allocate low-mileage units.
- Input empty units into the maintenance work order system for cleaning and inspection.
- Assist with the monthly billing process for trailer detention.
- Review and follow up on trailer damages and necessary repairs.
- Maintain precise records of equipment movements across various Charger facilities in North America.
Qualifications:
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Fluency in English is essential.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse analysis, or equipment management is required.
- A Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of North American and Mexican geography is advantageous.
- Prior experience in the transportation sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Experience with Fleet Manager software is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
