Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through effective Daily Management, ensuring clear communication across all levels and establishing performance metrics to monitor and measure the value stream's progress.
  • Implement and maintain RBS (Regal Rexnord Business System) as the primary system for defining and executing operational strategies.
  • Lead value stream mapping exercises to identify areas for improvement, optimize processes, and eliminate waste and inefficiencies.
  • Oversee the entire value stream process, from procurement to delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
  • Direct and coordinate manufacturing operations and schedules based on sales requirements and value stream capacity.
