Job Description

Channel Factory is a leading provider of intelligent marketing solutions for the next generation of contextual safety, suitability, and performance for brands and agencies. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Video Marketing Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Report Compilation: Compile insightful weekly, monthly, and final reports in MS Excel or MS PowerPoint to provide valuable insights to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  2. Meeting Support: Act as a minute note-taker for POD meetings, ensuring that all important discussions and decisions are documented accurately.
  3. IO Submission: Submit IOs for signature and input details into Salesforce.com (SFDC) to ensure seamless project execution.
  4. Performance Tracking: Track performance, delivery, and margin goals for the POD to ensure we are on track with goals and benchmarks.
  5. Client Support: Assist with ad-hoc client requests, working closely with the Account Manager to lead client communication and ensure exceptional customer service.
  6. Targeting Lists: Develop targeting lists by audience and brand relevancy to help our clients achieve their marketing objectives.
  7. Campaign Screenshots: Lead campaign screenshots for proof of purchase with clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
  8. Trend Research: Research and stay up-to-date with relevant trends in the digital marketing industry to provide valuable insights to our clients and internal stakeholders.
  9. Brand Safety: Work with our Designer to create brand-safe screenshots for campaign POPs, ensuring that all marketing materials meet our high standards.
  10. Pacing and Margin Reports: Monitor pacing and margin reports for regional campaigns to ensure that we are meeting our performance goals.
  11. Special Projects: Assist in special projects as assigned by the Account Management team, demonstrating your ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities.
Requirements:
  1. Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role.
  2. Experience: 0-1 years of digital media experience is preferred, but not required.
  3. Work Ethic: A strong work ethic and discipline to work productively in a remote environment are essential for this role.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps, such as Zoom, Google Hangouts, and Slack, is required.
  5. Excel Skills: Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must for this role.
  6. Certifications: Bonus points if you are AdWords or YouTube certified.
  7. Learning Orientation: A thirst to learn the digital landscape and share your knowledge with the team is essential for this role.
  8. Self-Directed: A self-directed professional who knows what needs to be done and operates with a sense of urgency, focus, and discipline is required.
