About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team at Iac Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of our tax declarations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Planning and Compliance: Develop and maintain tax records, returns, and reports to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  2. Tax Strategy and Planning: Analyze tax provisions and identify areas of opportunity to minimize tax liability.
  3. Team Guidance and Support: Provide guidance to plant financial teams to ensure Accounting Records are in line with Tax regulation.
  4. Audit Coordination: Coordinate the company response to external audits from Tax Authorities at all levels.
  5. Strategic Partnerships: Define strategy coordinated with external consultants in response to audits or any requirements from Tax Authorities in Mexico.
Requirements
  1. Technical Expertise: Technical experience on all Tax records and requirements in accordance with Mexico Tax Regulations.
  2. Staying Up-to-Date: Recent and permanent updates on changes to Mexico Tax Law, especially for ISR, VAT, and Maquiladora Tax regulation.
  3. Leadership and Teamwork: Leadership and ability to coordinate and work as a team with all areas of the company, especially local accounting teams.
Education and Experience
  1. Education: BS/BA required, MBA/MS preferred.
  2. Experience: Requires 5-8 years of experience.
