Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure data governance best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build relationships and ensure effective data management.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in Tech PM and data governance.
- Proven experience with data governance, SLAs, and ServiceNow.
- Power user of ServiceNow or other ticketing systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with lines of business.
- Demonstrable understanding of NTFS permission theory.
- Ability to work independently, with strong attention to detail and a focus on meeting SLAs.
- Proficiency in email, Excel, Teams, and Word.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
