About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer - Project Lead to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating complex engineering projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate engineering projects to ensure timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers and technicians to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Civil Engineer - Project Lead with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. You should have a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electric Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Electromechanical Engineering, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

You should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of engineers and technicians. You should also have a strong understanding of project management principles, including project planning, execution, and control.
