About the Role:

JLL is seeking a Multidisciplinary Technician to execute maintenance on bank branch infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintenance of building finishes
  • Conservation of corporate buildings
  • Painting and coating
  • Plumbing, locksmithing, carpentry, and metalwork
  • Maintenance of flooring, ceilings, and walls
  • Basic knowledge of electricity
  • Use of power tools (drill, sander, desoldering iron, etc.)
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • Customer service and attention

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
