Job Overview

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as an Enterprise Account Manager in Monterrey, Mexico. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for selling Nutanix's Products and Solutions through Channel Partners in enterprise whitespace multi-industry accounts based in the North of Mexico.

Responsibilities
  • Develop selling opportunities within partner organizations; penetrate new divisions and organizations within assigned partner accounts;
  • Create new direct selling opportunities;
  • Schedule and attend sales call appointments with prospects in partner organizations;
  • Utilize a consultative approach to discuss business issues with prospects and develop formal quotes or written sales proposals addressing their business needs;
  • Respond to RFPs and follow up with prospects;
  • Develop account plans to sell to customers based on their business needs;
  • Build and strengthen relationships with current accounts and new prospects;
  • Recommend marketing strategies;
  • Provide status information to managers, including forecast/pipeline information;
  • Identify Nutanix customer references that can be utilized when reference selling;
  • Provide product feedback to engineering to improve Nutanix solutions.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven successful experience opening and developing enterprise whitespace accounts in Financial Services, Retail, Telco, Media & Transportation industries;
  • Relevant experience working through channel partners, systems integrators, and managed service providers;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within the sales function and across functions, including Marketing, Sales Operations, System Engineering, and Product Development;
  • Experience with target account selling, solution selling, and consultative sales techniques;
  • Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems;
  • Ability to communicate with senior managers about business demands and Nutanix data management storage solutions;
  • Experience using CRM software and a track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas.
