HR Process Optimization Specialist

Drive continuous improvement and automation in HR processes as a key member of the Global Business Services (GBS) team at Kellanova. In this role, you will focus on optimizing GBS process areas, with an emphasis on HR processes and digital solutions.
Based in Querétaro, you will report to the Continuous Improvement and Technology Director while enjoying a flexible work environment.
A Taste of What You'll Be Doing- Lead Ideation Sessions: Own and lead sessions to expand organizational solutions from an automation perspective, including actioning ideas and realizing value.
- Develop Governance Practices: Execute governance and best practices for Kellanova Work Systems, including desktop procedures, process maps, and value realization activities.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Govern continuous improvement processes within the workstream and engage operational teams in best practices.
- Deliver Value Realization: Provide monthly value realization/efficiencies to cumulate into productivity for GBS.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient solutions that meet the needs of GBS and its stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and experience in managing multiple projects and tracking project success.
- The ability to identify and prioritize opportunities and challenges, to propose and implement effective solutions, while demonstrating effective use of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Excellent communication skills to lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across all levels.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
