As a Site General Manager, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, ensuring consistently high levels of Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and People.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and deliver manufacturing strategies, focusing on operational management and process optimization.
- Oversee daily operations, generating a culture of high performance through effective relationships and collaboration across all functions.
- Implement structures and systems to enable, maintain, and deliver the "One Chromalloy" business plan.
- Manage and ensure the capacity and resources are appropriate to meet the current and future states of the business.
- Drive turnaround time and on-time delivery improvement while promoting a safety and quality-first culture.
- Minimum 10 years' experience leading repair manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role with P&L management.
- Experience with international site leadership, specifically in Mexico, is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field of study is required. Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated strong leadership skills in leading large teams through change management.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and certifications, including AS9100 and NADCAP.
