Job Title: Receptionist
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team at Golden English in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to students and visitors
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM
