We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our Cyber Fusion Center, you will play a critical role in supporting our cyber intelligence function and contributing to the development of a common operating picture of intrusion or threat-related activity.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize a wide range of sources of technical data collection and analysis to produce a comprehensive understanding of cyber threats.
- Identify, review, and research new technical and non-technical sources of information to stay up-to-date on the latest threat trends and tactics.
- Develop and maintain threat profiles, analyze alerts, and coordinate team tasks with other locations to ensure effective threat detection and response.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conduct data-driven research on changes to the cyber threat landscape and provide insights to support incident response efforts.
- Review and assess Indicators of Compromise (IOCs) related to threats to the organization and provide recommendations for mitigation and remediation.
- Support and participate in relationships between various security teams and external partnerships to stay informed on the latest threat intelligence and best practices.
- Share relevant cyber intelligence findings with internal audiences, including senior leadership, IT teams, and user communities, to ensure informed decision-making and effective threat mitigation.
- 2+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or research and threat detection or incident response work, with at least 1 year in a large multinational company.
- Knowledge of current and historical Threat Actor Group(s) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Experience with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources and documenting the results.
- Knowledge of the principal methods, procedures, and techniques of gathering information and producing, reporting, and sharing intelligence.
- Experience with intelligence feed alert and data feed tuning and source cultivation.
- Foundational knowledge in IT infrastructure, including hardware, networking, architecture, protocols, file systems, and operating systems.
- Knowledge of network security technologies, log formats, SIEM technologies, and security operations.
- Strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work in a diverse global team of security professionals.
