We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Jabil Circuit. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the import/export operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Validate information loaded into the maquila software and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure timely completion of export downloads and import operations.
- Develop and implement corrective action plans for issues outside of parameters.
- Report anomalies in the maquila software to the NAFTA Legal Custom Supervisor.
- Support the Import/Export area in case of potential deviations from Jabil procedures and customs law.
- Authorize logistic expenses reviewed and audited by the Account Payable Analyst.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports to the Traffic Coordination team.
- Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry.
- Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint.
- Strong financial and analytical ability.
- Proficiency in the use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products, and email skills.
- Bachelor's in Foreign Trade or similar.
- 3 years in the Import/Export area in companies with Fomento PITEX/Maquila programs.
