This position reports to the Factory Controller at Oilandgas.Org. As a Business Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to act as a business partner to the relevant business manager and lead local finance teams to optimize the financial performance within an assigned division/business area.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support effective business decisions by monitoring, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to evaluate various business alternatives.
- Showcase your expertise by recommending the most appropriate business solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
- Develop and implement financial models to forecast revenue and expenses.
- Manage budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Cost accounting experience and proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze complex financial data.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience in team management.
- Availability to travel up to 15% nationally and internationally.
