Motive is searching for a highly motivated and self-driven Account Executive to join our team in Mexico. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building relationships with key prospects and closing large, complex deals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in full-cycle direct sales experience in B2B environments, with a strong understanding of technical tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong. Additionally, experience selling into trucking, oil & gas, construction, transportation, logistics, compliance and/or safety industries is a plus.
As a collaborative team player, you will thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards of quality. You will work closely with sales leadership to enhance country-specific playbooks, pitches, and processes, and provide recommendations based on a prospect's business needs and negotiate contract terms.
Key responsibilities will include prospecting and winning new business, thriving in a performance-based environment, and consistently achieving above and beyond KPI targets. You will also be responsible for identifying customer issues and process blockers, and driving cross-functional support to implement best available solutions.
