  • Generate and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs) with accurate data.
  • Control and manage inventory levels in the shipping and receiving area.
  • Manage shipping and receiving reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assure that all requirements and goals of the area are met.
  • Promote the company's mission and values by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and quality policies.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

**Skills:**

  • English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Broad knowledge of BOLs, processes, and bills of materials.
  • Proficiency in PC programs (Windows, Oracle).
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a team.
  • Management skills and ability to act as a liaison for associates.
