About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join our team in Streaming Technology. As a key member of our non-personnel Opex Planning FP&A CoE team, you will be responsible for planning, reporting, and analysis of global Streaming Technology and Product related non-personnel costs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain deep knowledge of streaming technology and product non-personnel costs, including Cloud, Content Delivery Network, Platform Engineering, and Product & Design.
  • Design and maintain cost KPIs and benchmarking analysis for regular review by business partners.
  • Implement and maintain standard FP&A processes within the managed streaming tech cost domain, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide high-quality financial information and insights to business partners and finance leadership on managed cost of organization.
  • Collaborate with business partners on special projects related to streaming tech costs, including system implementations, standard process design, and development of required reporting.
  • Support the month-end close process from an FP&A perspective, focusing on streaming tech and product non-personnel opex costs.
  • Summarize key findings to support discussions and decision-making with the business.
  • Monitor actuals utilization vs budget/prior year and provide required commentary on key variances.
  • Coordinate planning and forecasting of non-personnel cost of P&L for DTC, including process governance and execution.
  • Advise and drive developments in systems to provide more accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in transformation projects related to FP&A Streaming Tech and Product, including ERP and EPM systems implementation and process re-design and stabilization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant finance professional experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in FP&A.
  • Experience in Tech Finance environment is a plus.
  • Working experience with financial control, management reporting, and business analyses, preferably within an international environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data, and translate this into concrete actions.
  • Project management, change management, and process improvement experience.
  • Experience in working with EPM solutions for planning and reporting (e.g. SAP BPC, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong team player.
  • Business-driven attitude and a sparring partner for management.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Pro-active and hands-on.
  • High drive and energy level.
  • Fluent in English.
