Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript)
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role
- Preferred qualifications: Experience as a full-stack developer with proficiency in Android, iOS, or web technologies; ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable developer frameworks

The Multiplatform team's mission is to enable our first-party flagship App developers to build captivating experiences while sharing code across Android, iOS, Web, and emerging surfaces. Our goal is to dramatically enhance developer productivity by minimizing duplicated code, ensuring consistency across platforms, and accelerating time to market through server-driven updates that utilize native UI toolkits.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google's flagship products. We are owners and advocates for the underlying design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure at Google. These are the essential building blocks for excellent, safe, and coherent experiences for our users and drive the pace of innovation for every developer.
