**Job Summary**
As a Product Coordinator at Goodyear, you will play a critical role in managing our product portfolio, pricing, and mix strategies across the Consumer and Commercial business in Mexico. Your primary responsibility will be to design and implement standard processes for product, pricing, and mix management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class product portfolio, pricing, and mix performance management mindset across the country and region.
- Guide country sales teams and PBU heads on planning, managing, analyzing, and executing product, pricing, and mix strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Drive the development of standard lean product roadmaps across the region, streamlining innovation and product development into tangible deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver on agreed targets, including quality of inventory, inventory levels, SKU prioritization, forecast accuracy, and open orders.
- Define and propose KPIs for product, pricing, and mix targets, working with regional teams, PBU leaders, and MD/GM to ensure alignment and optimal ROI.
- Manage research and market intelligence resources to produce relevant information for decision-making on product, pricing, and mix business initiatives.
**Requirements:**
- Strong understanding of product, pricing, and mix management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results-oriented solutions.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving business growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
