Your Role

At Aptiv, we are committed to crafting innovative solutions that make transportation safer, more sustainable, and increasingly connected. As a Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products and technologies align with customer and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will encompass:

Designing, developing, and validating new products and technologies Ensuring timely completion of system features and deliverables in accordance with Aptiv's quality benchmarks Adhering to APTIV design standards, guidelines, best practices, procedures, and policies Leading feature definition and requirement review sessions Facilitating the logical and systematic transformation of requirements into comprehensive system solutions Contributing to requirement analysis, system architecture, and feature integration/verification Translating customer requirements into product specifications and design documents Overseeing development, execution, and verification across all engineering disciplines

Your Background

To excel in this position, you should possess:

A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the Consumer Electronics or Automotive Industry Bilingual proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) A proven track record of translating customer requirements from design to production Knowledge of programming languages (C or others) Familiarity with embedded systems design Understanding of microprocessor/controller-based hardware designs, system/software architectures for automotive applications, and network topologies
