Loan Originator

At World Business Lenders, LLC, we provide short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States.

This is a remote Contract/Consultant position, requiring a 9:00am-6:00pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday schedule, with potential for extended hours based on operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a minimum of 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other entities to generate borrower referrals.
• Collaborate with internal departments to support file processing through the pipeline.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.

Requirements:

• 100% fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• At least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry or similar fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Teams.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
