We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Team Leader to join our team at Eagleburgmann. As a Logistics Team Leader, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain, from material planning to inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the master scheduler to ensure timely delivery of materials to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with the finished goods warehouse to ensure pre-shipments and shipments are completed on time.
  • Monitor and follow up on OTD (On-Time Delivery) performance on a daily basis.
  • Verify ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) sent to customers to ensure compliance and avoid misalignment with customer systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and commitment to meeting their requirements.
  • Investigate and resolve customer concerns, involving additional departments as necessary.
  • Manage material planning, inventory control, and transactions with traffic responsible and brokers or carriers.
  • Monitor and control container management to ensure a continuous flow of dunnage to support production and customer shipments.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of material planning, inventory management, supplier management, customer management, traffic, and import processes.
  • Advanced English language skills.
